🇧🇩 Bangladesh

Traditional and heritage toys of Bangladesh — living folk crafts still made today.

Bangladesh has kept alive the sholapith (Indian cork) doll craft, terracotta toys of Rajshahi and Faridpur, Nakshi kantha embroidered cloth dolls, and clay figurines from Dinajpur. Village fairs (mela) — especially at Poush Sankranti and Poila Boishakh — remain the natural marketplace for these traditional pieces.
