Myanmar's yoke thé — string-marionette theatre — is one of the great Southeast Asian puppet traditions, carved from softwood with articulated joints and elaborate silk costume. Bagan lacquerware includes finely turned toy bowls and figurines. Traditional games like chinlone (woven-rattan ball) are still played daily.
